“The Liddel is not your grandparent’s Westwood condominium. Interior architect Jamie Bush, famed for his sensitive reinvention of Mid-Century homes and a timeless, historically inflected style, has overseen every detail of this new, 56-unit property of one, two, and three bedroom condominiums, all with outdoor spaces, There are very special amenity spaces, intended to engage the residents, and the stone-clad structure brings a discreetly sophisticated counterpoint to the street; guests and residents will enter through a sheltered motor court. All the units will have parking, plus guest parking will be available.” – CAHOME+DESIGN
After a recent tour of the space we fell in love with not just the residences but also its amenities, particularly all the lounges available to the owners. Upon entering the lobby you are treated to a collection of club-like private spaces created by Bush. Each with a different feel, giving residents plenty of options when entertaining.
“Textile block fireplace, a reference to Frank Lloyd Wright and his LA-based son, architect Lloyd Wright.” – CAHOME+DESIGN
For residents looking to entertain with a view the roof-top provides a few different outdoor spaces for entertaining including a fire place, pergola, barbecues and plenty of dining space.
Once inside the high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows provide exceptional views of the hills and surrounding neighborhood.
Each unit is equipped with large showers and spa-like tubs for the perfect bath.
Overall the Liddel provides not only a great space to live but also fantastic spots to work and host small gatherings. Click here for more.
