I recently did a walk through of this 480 square foot cottage with a large outdoor space and a homey yet modern style by Meg Pearson of Boheme Home Staging. I instantly felt like I’d totally enjoy living in a space like this.

I guess I’ve always loved the idea of living in one of those tiny house; less cleaning, minimal furniture and I’d love the challenge of having to maximize every square foot. If I could minimize my wardrobe from all the clothes I have to what I actually wear this would be a very easy transition. I guess I’m just a bit of a clothing hoarder.

Meg tell us the bright white walls and floors set the stage for a clean, modern look with bohemian accents.

“I love color and texture but I also love clean lines, especially in an intimate space like this one. So I kept layering to a minimum but added interest with colors and textures.”
